1. Create or Join Alliance

　　Once commander reaches Lv.12, you could create your own Alliance by spending Diamonds or Resources. 

　　Once commander reaches Lv.10, you could also join other commander’s Alliance. 

2. Chatting in Alliance

　　Once you have joined an Alliance, you could chat or social with other players. Introduce yourself and look after each other. 

3. Alliance Station

　　1. Alliance members could contribute, level up technology or claim benefits. 

　　2. Contributions to Alliance Hall increase Alliance level. Alliance rewards better items to players with highly personal contribution. 

　　3. High Alliance level unlocks powerful institutes and then strengthen Alliance. 

　　4. Alliance member could redeem rewards from Welfare Center by spending personal contribution. 

　　5. Contributions to Technology Hall increase Technology level and personal contribution. High Technology Level increases attributes for all Alliance members. 

4. Alliance Shop 

　　Member could buy all kind of items and randomly offered rare items every day. 

5. Alliance Assisting Defense 

　　Help Alliance members to defend enemies’ attack together.
