Hero system is a core part of 《Day of zombie》. You have to patiently progress your heroes to make them fight for you and win. Let me introduce hero system. 

1. Hero Inviation

　　Commanders could spend Gold or Diamond in Tactical Center to invite heroes. Cost increases on each Invitation. Commanders could decide how many invitations should be performed. 

2. Hero Stars

　　There are five categories ranging from 1-Star hero to 5-Star hero. The more stars a hero possesses; the higher quality a hero owns; the more powerful a hero’s skill will be; and the lower chance a commander could recruit. 

　　Comparing to Gold recruitment, Diamond recruitment grants a much higher chance to recruit a high quality hero. Because heroes greatly affect the combat results, spending Diamonds to recruit heroes seems to be a wise decision. Having good heroes does not mean that you will conquer the whole world, but does mean that you can start conquering. 

　　Many commanders asked, “What should I do if I always recruited low quality heroes?” Don’t worry. Commanders could merge 6 low quality heroes and then randomly get a high quality hero. So, commanders will have a 5-Star hero in no time. 

3. Hero Progress

　　You can retire heroes and obtain Soul of Commander, which is a necessary item to progress your heroes. You can also purchase Soul of Commander from Shop. 

　　Though heroes are important in winning, you should make smart decision on progressing your heroes. Matching soldiers and heroes in a strategic way is the key to win battles. Make sure that you manage resources wisely.
